Ti-Ratana Meals on Wheels hand in hand with Feed T Needy - 6 March 2011
This month we had the opportunity to work together with our buddhist sisters & brothers from Maha Vihara Brickfields who has a programme called Feed The Needy (FTN) .They have been serving the community by distributing free food to the poor, elderly, homeless and needy at an open space car park at Jalan Pudu Lama, Kuala Lumpur every Sunday from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00p.m.
And it was also inconjuction of sister Kit's Birthday, she has celebrated this special occasion in a very meaningful way . She prepared and cooked together with all volunteers

Parents are always welcome and encourage to bring thier children...start them early .This is also an early childhood education- Act of giving

Yummilicious vegetarian meal by Sister Kit & the volunteers and thank you Mr Alex Liaw for sponsoring the food containers .And not forgetting Ms Jingle Kon for the Organic "Siew pak Choy"
After packing all food into containers,at around 4pm we departed from the centre to Jln Pudu to get briefing and met up with our other brothers & Sisters from Feed The Needy
